Order Processing
Orders placed before 10 AM PST ship out same day
Orders placed after 10 AM PST ship the next business day
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Options
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States:
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–7 business days
Shipping Rates
Orders under $75: Flat-rate shipping of $7.50
Orders $75 and up: FREE shipping – just enter code FREE at checkout
(Note: Discount must be entered manually at this time.)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Use it anytime to check your delivery status and get real-time updates.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly—we’re happy to explore custom options where possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Email us at hello@simplicitybiome.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please let us know right away. We’ll work with our shipping partners to make it right—either through a replacement or refund.
